Bulldozer BBQ ‘Hogfather’ Rub 240g

Bulldozer BBQ were the first American BBQ rub company in Australia, introducing the style in 2009. But they’ve been making rubs since growing up in the US in the 60s and 70s.

If you’ve tried all the US style pork rubs, you know the flavours of “Southern BBQ” but you still don’t know how good it can get! (At least until the Hogfather came along.)

This rub isn’t just smoky.  It’s not just smoky and sweet together. This rub has the mineral flavours of the Pink Lake salt bed with a subtle fragrant lift of less used aromatics normally found in Asian cuisine and a hit of umami in peppers to balance things out.
